Primo Frantoia DOP extra virgin olive oil from southern Sicily, near Ragusa is an unfiltered oil using only organically farmed Tonda Iblea olives that are cold extracted at the Frantoi Cutrera mill no more than six hours after being picked.

The oil is green with golden glints and very fruity.  It has elegant and spicy notes of green tomato, balsamic herbs and sweet almond.  All this deliciousness comes together in a blend of sweet, bitter and spice--perfect on a salad, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, roasted meat and fish.
