The Rinaldi Family founded their business in 1975 and dedicated it to the traditional Balsamic Vinegar for which Modena is famous. Very rich and dark in color with concentrated flavor from freshly crushed sweet white Trebbiano grapes and  aged in ancient oak barrels the taste is a tart, sweet, fruity combination that goes well with grilled meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.  Choose from classic Balsamic, Aceto Balsamic, beautifully bottled in traditional straw, Mixed Berry or Fig Balsamic.
