Mont des Cats was created in 1890 by Flanders' monks and has been beloved by locals and far-flung connoisseurs ever since. Made with pasteurized cows' milk and aged at least one month, the cheese has a subtle flavor and melty texture. Perfect for breakfast with milky coffee, with ham on crusty bread or with a crisp apple or pear.
