The blends all start with sea salt from Guerande, France.  They are hand harvested by local artisans during only a few months each year. The Classic Blend contains the Guerande, lavender, thyme, savory and marjoram -- mineral-rich, savory and herbal.  Salt & Pepper Blend is a duet of the Guerande and Black Peppercorns, history's ancient table favorite. Spicy Blend contains the Guerande and Thyme, Rose Peppercorns and Chili Peppers -- some deep heat.
