Wabash Cannonball, is a complex, young Indiana Farmstead pasteurized goat cheese which has won many awards for its semi-soft, mild flavor and creamy texture. It is lovely with berries and on a cheeseboard with a Sancerre.

This beloved cheese's backstory speaks to its makers as honored forbears of the Farmstead Movement from their purchase of their southern Indiana Farm in 1979 to their devotion and protection of it into the future.
