Peppery Meriolo and richly-flavored Leccino olives are manually harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours and then gradually bottled by hand in beautiful cork-sealed glass bottles in order to preserve the olives' true essence. Fruity and delicate to start, with a slightly spicy finish, this unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in limited quantities.
