This Corsican sheep's milk cheese has a creamy, moist paste covered by a natural rind. It ages two to three months during which time it is the happy recipient of rosemary, fennel seeds and juniper berries. Its citrusy and nutty taste gives it a lovely aroma and it weighs in at about a 1.5 lbs. Perfect holiday gift.
