Moutard des Pompiers--Fireman's Mustard is a super spicy, course grained and extra strong mustard and a multi-award winner. 

Moutard du Lion extra strong and spicy but smooth grained and silky this is a Dijon type mustard with an intense flavor.

Moutard au Poivre Verts made with Madagascar green peppers it has a more gentle vegetable hint that subtly enhances all types of cooking and adds a gentle flourish.

Moutard au Cognac has a gentle presence of cognac making it smooth, satisfying and perfect with roast or smoked meats.
