A soft cheese made in Alta Langa, Piemonte, Italy.  The creamy, delicate taste of La Tur is due to the blending of three different milks - Cow (30%),Sheep (30%) and Goat (40%).  In the Piemontese dialect,"La Tur" means "The Tower," referring to the hundreds of Medieval towns scattered throughout the region.
