Langa La Tur  is a soft cheese made in Alta Langa, Piemonte, Italy. Its creamy, delicate taste is due to the mixed milk blend of three pasteurized milks - Cow (30%),Sheep (30%) and Goat (40%).  In the Piemontese dialect,"La Tur" means "The Tower," referring to the hundreds of Medieval tower towns scattered throughout the region.
